When choosing a natural delivery we believe education is one of the most important parts of your success.  We educate our clients on what to expect in late pregnancy as your body prepares for labor so you know what is normal and what you can do to give yourself the best chance at success. Of course, we talk about labor. We do not have a specific method that we teach but we spend more time educating you on what it may look like and encouraging you in the way your body naturally functions in labor. One of the most important parts of our class is talking about the postpartum period. Whether this is your first baby or first out of hospital birth there is a lot to learn about what is normal and what to watch for with mom and baby in those first few days after delivery.
